Cancel 24 or more hours before your appointment, and the full $30 is refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are not refundable.
If a partner clinic cancels for any reason, you choose: a full refund, or a free rebook at another clinic in our network.
On the day of your appointment, the $30 deposit is applied in full toward the cost of your treatment at the partner clinic.
