This Privacy Policy explains how Kraizberg Group LLC, doing business as MedSpa Marketing Masters ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use bestclinichere.com (the "Service").

When you book an appointment through the Service, we collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking information: selected treatment, partner clinic, and appointment date and time.
- Payment information: processed by Whop, our payment processor. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials. We receive a transaction confirmation, the deposit amount, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand.
- Communications: messages, emails, or other correspondence you send to our support team.
- Technical information: standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Confirm and manage your booking with the partner clinic.
- Process your booking deposit through Whop.
- Communicate with you about your appointment, refunds, rescheduling, or support requests.
- Provide concierge customer support.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests.
3. Who we share your information with
- The partner clinic: we share your name, contact details, and selected treatment with the partner clinic so they can prepare for your appointment.
- Whop: our payment processor receives the information needed to process your deposit and any refunds.
- Service providers: we use vendors for email delivery, customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), workflow automation, and analytics. They process information only on our behalf and under contract.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our patients, partner clinics, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. HIPAA and medical information
We are a booking and concierge service. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and we do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or treatment notes. Any medical information you share with the partner clinic is governed by that clinic's own privacy practices and applicable health privacy laws.
5. Data retention
We retain booking and payment records for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Communications and support records are retained for up to seven years. You may request deletion of your information by emailing [email protected], subject to records we are required to keep by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Service.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of certain processing.

The Service is intended for residents of the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
