Terms of Service

1. Who we are
bestclinichere.com (the "Service") is operated by Kraizberg Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as MedSpa Marketing Masters ("we," "us," "our"), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. EIN: 61-2099927.
2. What we do
We operate a booking and concierge service that helps patients reserve appointments at a network of vetted partner medical spas across the United States. Patients pay a refundable booking deposit through our payment processor (Whop) to hold an appointment slot. The deposit is applied toward the cost of the patient's treatment at the partner clinic.
3. We are not a medical provider
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care of any kind. All medical procedures are performed by the licensed partner clinic the patient books with. The partner clinic is solely responsible for treatment outcomes, medical advice, informed consent, patient health records, and patient care. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any medical decisions are between you and the partner clinic.
4. Booking deposits
The standard booking deposit is $30 USD per appointment. The deposit is refundable in accordance with our cancellation and refund terms below. The deposit is applied in full toward the cost of your treatment at the partner clinic on the day of your appointment.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Full refund if you cancel 24 or more hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
- If the partner clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment for any reason, you may choose either a full refund of your deposit or a free rebook at another partner clinic in our network.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, appointment date, and partner clinic name. Refunds are processed within five to seven business days back to the original payment method.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a treatment through the Service. Some treatments have additional age, health, or eligibility requirements set by the partner clinic. The partner clinic may decline a booking based on its own clinical assessment.
8. Payment processor
Booking deposits are processed through Whop. By making a booking, you also agree to Whop's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service is limited to the amount of the booking deposit you paid. We are not liable for any treatment outcome, injury, dissatisfaction, or damage caused by the partner clinic, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraizberg Group LLC, its members, officers, and contractors from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or by video conference at the patient's election. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or class arbitration.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
